Healthy Snacks at TRES

TRES has recently implemented a "healthy snack initiative" to help promote a more healthy lifestyle and to teach kids how to make smart food choices.

The following is a list of TRES approved snack ideas/options:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • Fruit cups
  • Fresh veggies
  • Raisins or other dried fruit
  • Yogurt with granola
  • Dry cereal
  • Baked chips
  • Whole grain snack crackers
  • String cheese
  • Pretzels 
  • Whole grain cereal bars
